Nagad sets off on countrywide tour with Bibeker Ayna

Nagad, the mobile financial service of the postal division, has launched a campaign – Bibeker Aina (The Mirror of Conscience) – to give clear ideas to the people about various aspects of the mobile money service. Anyone can ask himself or herself the question in the mirror of Nagad and can communicate with themselves. The users will come to know about various services of MFS and the cost of services by touching the mirror, where there are some scripted questions and answers. Chief Executive Officer of Nagad Mr Rahel Ahmed attended the campaign program along with Executive Director Mr Maruful Islam Jhalak in capital’s Badda area on Sunday. Attending the campaign, they also replied some queries of the interested customers. Speaking about the campaign, Tanvir A Mishuk said, “Nagad has been introducing one after another lucrative services by keeping in mind the benefit of common customers. The Bibeker Aina campaign is being conducted across the country to provide more information about the services to customers so that they can be aware about the service and easily carry out their daily activities by availing the services of Nagad.” Ten winners will get Tk 1,000 in prize money every week by taking part in the campaign and the grand winner will receive an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max. The campaign began on March 13, and it will continue until April 23, 2021. The campaign is now running in Dhaka city and will soon expand across the country, where customers can take part in the quiz by visiting the booth of Bibeker Aina. People without the accounts of Nagad can open the accounts from the booth with brand promoters' help. If customers carry out any cash-in transactions at the booth after opening the accounts, they will instantly get attractive gifts instantly. After participating in the quiz, the customers will have to take a photo or video in front of the booth. The video or photo will have to be posted on their Facebook account along with the answer to a question. The question is – Which part of Nagad do you like the most? The customers will have to use the #Nagad while making the post, and the link has to be shared on the official Facebook page of Nagad through Facebook Messenger. While sharing the link, customers will have to mention their name, account number and give a caption of the post. tell Each week, 10 winners will be picked by assessing the quality of the posts. The grand winner will be chosen at the end of the campaign. Bibeker Aina will make the countrywide tour for six weeks under the campaign. Through the campaign, representatives of Nagad will communicate once again that Nagad never asks for the one-time password (OTP) or the personal identification number (PIN) from its customers.
